Spicy Chicken Stuffed Yams

Have I mentioned my love of all things potatoes? It ranks right up with there cheese and Syrah wine. I like how they can be sweet or savory and they're cheap and filling. I haven't tried a recipe that I disliked yet and this one is not an exception, it was all things sweet, spicy, savory and just plain delicious, great for a little Valentine's dinner at home.

Orange Chocolate Pudding (vegan, gluten-free, sugar-free, raw, oil-free, nut-free)

Hello friends! My blogging has been minimal these past two months, sorry I’ve been a little absent. I have missed communicating with you all! My absence has been for good reason, though.

Gluten-Free Chex Mix

At holiday parties I like to bring things that people can enjoy without worry and can eat a lot of without feeling too guilty. For the past few years I have been experimenting with the holiday classic Chex Mix. I found that this can easily be made into a gluten-free snack and no one would be able to tell.

The 12 Vegan Cookies of Christmas

Well, kids, the holidays are almost here! I’ve been thinking of my own version of The 12 Days of Christmas:

Yep, I’ll take 12 days of vegan cookies over maids-a-milking and lords-a-leaping! How about you?
